In my practice, I combine a strong theoretical background in social sciences, leadership, and management theory with practical knowledge of organizational culture management, all of which helps me adequately apply the principles and practices of mediation to a variety of business contexts.

  • I'm a certified mediator (zertifizierte Mediatiorin nach Mediationsgesetz) trained at one of Germany's leading destinations for mediation training, the Mediationsakademie Berlin.

  • I hold a B.A. in Communication Studies from the Freie Universität Berlin and an M.A. in Business Communications Management from the HTW University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

  • My Master's Thesis focused on generating a model of organizational culture management in startups where I explored the challenges related to organizational culture at the different stages of growth and culture formation.
